Hey, I’m Jon.
When my doctor told me I had scabies, I thought it was nothing. He prescribed me some cream and I took it away thinking the itch would go away in a few days. He made it sound so easy.
“Just put this cream all over your body and it will kill everything! It’s really easy – do it once and you’re done!”
After the relentless itch came back a few days later, I decided to do some research. I spent (many, many) hours online reading everything I could about scabies. It terrified me!! People were talking about not being able to treat their scabies for months, even years! I went back to my doctor and he prescribed me the same medicine, although this time I knew I had to do better.
I read, researched, tried and tested every treatment I could. I was dreading being one of those people who would have to live with scabies for years and years. But after 14 days of obsessive treatments, all the scabies in my house and on my body were dead. Within 30 days, my life was completely back to normal. I continued treating a little longer than that, just to be sure. And I had a few scars here and there. But I was okay.
I created this little website to help others deal with their scabies nightmare. I know what it’s like to be reading through internet forums all night wondering what the hell to do. Well, now I know what to do. And hopefully I can help you too.
If you need somewhere to start, I would recommend checking out my guide How To Get Rid Of Scabies: The Ultimate Guide. It contains everything I did to treat my scabies properly, with details of all the treatments and where/how to get them. I believe if you follow the 30 day treatment in that guide, you should definitely be cured within a month. It’s not expensive nor difficult, you can buy most things from your supermarket or online at Amazon.
I also have a bunch of other helpful articles here on the site which I hope will help you too.
Other than that, I’d like to wish you the best for your treatment. I know scabies is absolutely horrible, but if you treat it properly you will get better. And everything you need to know about getting treated is right here on my site.
If you have a question, just leave a comment on one of my articles and I’ll respond asap. Good luck with your treatment and I sincerely hope you’ll be scabies free very soon!
